Biography
Karl and Nicole have three wonderful children, Brody, Joia and Violet. They entered their marriage with a clear calling to grow their family through adoption and in June of 2017, they brought their youngest daughter Violet home from China.
By day, Nicole manages the kiddos, the home, and all that goes on within it. Karl works at the Christian Alliance for Orphans as the Director of Communications where he enjoys creating momentum and awareness for effective orphan care, family preservation, adoption and foster care.
Something that Nicole and Karl have witnessed first-hand is how incredibly supportive the adoptive community is. They have had numerous conversations with couples and families that have offered their support and insights along their journey. Karl and Nicole are particularly grateful for those moments and find great joy in paying it forward.
